Get an FieldOption resource for an Field where Field.hasFixedOptions = true.

    When [Field.hierarchical = true](#tag/Fields) whether this field option is a leaf node i.e. has no children.

    When [Field.hierarchical = true](#tag/Fields) the number of children this field option has.

  - `result.parent` (object,null)
    When [Field.hierarchical = true](#tag/Fields) the [FieldOption](#tag/Field-Options) that this [FieldOption](#tag/Field-Options) is a child of

    Permitted actions for [FieldOption](#tag/Field-Options) resources:
